In its simplest form, ‘Self-Delivery’ is the term used within the construction industry to describe the act of performing tasks in-house that have traditionally been Sub-Contracted. You coordinate design services, material procurement and the construction phase directly, rather than paying a traditional Sub-Contractor to do so.
Alliance Facades is bridging the gap for those Main Contractors that like the idea of Self-Delivery but cannot or do not want to spend substantial amounts of money setting up an internal facade division. We are able to act as a bolt on facade contractor to your existing business, allowing you to realise most of the benefits of self-delivery, without the large investment.
We offer everything that leading facade specialists offer – we design, project manage, install, commission and handover at completion – however by utilising our supply chain partners, we cut out the middle-men (including their substantial margins) and facilitate you buying materials directly from a number of carefully selected product manufacturers. All you need to do is place the order direct with the manufacturers, which we will co-ordinate for you, and we’ll do everything else.
