We specialise in providing a safe, professional and collaborative service for projects up to £250k in value.
As a company, we are accredited by the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) and ConstructionLine and are members of the Building Safety Group.

We can carry out planned, preventative and/or reactive maintenance on your Curtain Wall, Windows & Doors or Cladding schemes.

Our Project Management offering is usually undertaken alongside our Installation service, but can be provided as a standalone service if required. Our Project Managers, Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors are vastly experienced in all aspects of the building envelope. We can provide the most value to you if engaged at pre-construction stage, where we can help you plan your project from the outset. Our experienced and trained project team will then assist you to deliver your facade safely, on time and on budget.

We can provide advice on a wide range of facade related issues, from Pre-Construction planning, cost and budget analysis, project programming and more. The pre-construction phase of any project is arguably the most important, which is why we suggest involving us at the beginning of your project to advise on matters such as facade specification, buildability, anticipated costs and value engineering. Using the experience of our project managers and supply chain, we can also complete risk assessments and method statements and guide you on regulatory compliance matters.

Our fully managed Facade Design service utilises our experienced supply chain allowing us to provide structural and thermal calculations and detailed facade design for a wide range of materials and systems.
All of our activities are carried out by experienced personnel and are supported by our Professional Indemnity insurance. Our fully managed Design Service is usually provided as part of a wider contract for Installation and Project Management.
