Our flagship project and largest to date, Imperial 2, in Bromley-By-Bow is a enormous new build development by The Guinness Partnership, providing over 500 homes.
Imperial 2 is an imposing collection of 5 high rise residential blocks, community space and commercial areas to the ground floor locations.
In total, we will design, supply & install over 9,000m2 of AluProf aluminium windows, doors and curtain wall and an additional 3,000m2 of rainscreen cladding.
Blocks A, C and E are predominantly brickwork clad, with our AluProf MB70HI windows installed within the formed openings. Our windows and doors were required to achieve strict thermal and acoustic criteria, to ensure the comfort of the end user, noting the projects close proximity to the busy A12 motorway and railway lines.
The largest 2 tower blocks are constructed in pre-cast concrete panel formats, where we are employing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and installing our windows in controlled conditions offsite.
To the communal community spaces, we are providing a range of AluProf glazing systems, to ensure residents have uninterrupted views across London. We are also supplying and installing textured PPC aluminium cassette panel cladding, to compliment the appearance of the external pre-cast concrete panels.
