As the third and final phase of the Imperial Street / Leaside Lock development, this will bring to a close a monumental regeneration of this trendy area of east London. An additional 200+ homes have been created, with the whole Leaside Lock development adding 965 modern homes to the London housing market.
Phase 3 consists of three tower blocks, traditionally built with a range of masonry and high-performance glazing systems (windows, doors and curtain wall) – the latter being designed, supplied and installed by Alliance Facades – as they have been on the previous two phases.
