Tyler House is the sister development of our Thrayle House project, located next to the iconic ‘Brixton Bowls’ skate park.
Alliance Facades were engaged by Henry Construction to complete the aluminium windows, doors and aluminium cladding works at Tyler House. All works had to take place in the building whilst tenanted, which raised many challenges, not least the safety and wellbeing of the residents. We worked closely with the tenant liaison officer to ensure all works were entirely segregated from the public at all times.
The end result was a high quality, energy efficient refurbishment which created many much needed social homes in the heart of one of London’s most eclectic boroughs.
